Good 5 day split workout routine?

Question: Good 5 day split workout routine?
I need a split workout rountine that will train my whole body during the week. However I am skinny and trying to build muscle and I do not want any cardio. I already play soccer and baseball and get too much of it. Since I just joined a gym I would like to increase muscle quickly and effectively. I am also taking mass XXX gainer from GNC. Its one of their best products. And I dont wanna over work my muscles either where there not growing any help and please dont write me any stories lol I just want simple explanations with a good routine. THANKS!

Im going to let you in on a little secret noone wants to tell you…… Splits only work when you take –
-Injectable Steroids Deca Durabolin Masterolone Bolden Sustanon 250 Testosterone Deca 100 Winstrol

- Oral Steroids Anabol Anavar Clenbuterol Anadrol Danabol Kamagra Stanol

Or if you are already huge and need to grow very small muscles bigger then they are supposed to be for a competition such as delts biceps triceps extra.

Now that I just ruined your day here is what will get you gaining pounds of muscle every week

Deadlift 5 sets of 5
Decline bench press 5 sets of 5
T bar row 5 sets of 5

mon wed and fri

Dont believe me fine I put on 30pounds of muscle AND burned fat doing that exact workout in 3months. Just try it for 5 weeks and if your friends don’t accuse you of steriods then something is seriously wrong with your testosterone levels.
